One level scoop (12g) in 200–250ml of cold water, stirred or shaken, once a day in the morning. Cold only — hot drinks are no good for the live cultures. A smoothie or cold oat milk works too. Reseal the pouch after each scoop and keep it somewhere cool and dry.
Who should check first
If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your GP or pharmacist before starting. Not intended for children. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
