The product
How do I take Epithe?
One level scoop (12g) in 200–250ml of cold water, stirred or shaken, once a day in the morning. Cold only — hot drinks are no good for the live cultures. A smoothie or cold oat milk works too. Reseal the pouch and keep it somewhere cool and dry; it doesn't need the fridge.
What does it taste like?
Raspberry and apple. It's sweetened with stevia rather than sugar, so it's a fruit-flavoured drink, not a milkshake — and there are no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives in it.
Is it vegan?
Yes. The vitamin D is from lichen rather than lanolin, and there's no dairy anywhere in the ingredient list.
Does it contain allergens?
We'd rather tell you precisely than guess. The allergen statement for the finished product — including anything the manufacturing site handles — is confirmed with the manufacturer for every batch and printed on the pouch, and we'll publish it here before launch.
Can I take it alongside other supplements?
It's a food supplement, and we can't advise on individual combinations. What we can do is show you every amount: the vitamin D, for example, is 25µg, five times the reference intake, and the B vitamins are at 100% each, so check the full list against anything else you take and don't exceed the stated daily dose. If you're unsure, a pharmacist is the right person to ask.
The formula
Why a powder?
Because the full daily amount of everything in it doesn't fit in two capsules. 5g of L-glutamine and 3g of inulin alone would be a handful. The trade-off is fifteen seconds with a glass of water.
Why these ingredients?
The formula is built in three layers: five live culture strains; the foundational ingredients, L-glutamine and agave inulin; and the daily nutrition, magnesium, zinc, vitamin C, vitamin D and all eight B vitamins. Each one is there at a quantity worth naming — it isn't a multivitamin with a token live culture added. Why we chose each one.
Why are the ingredient amounts shown?
Because you should know exactly what you're taking. Every active ingredient is named and every meaningful quantity is printed, on the pouch and on the site, with no proprietary blends. Where an ingredient carries an authorised health claim, we use the exact wording. Where it doesn't, we say "named, not claimed" and leave it there.
What does CFU mean?
Colony-forming units — the standard way of counting live cultures. Epithe. has five strains at 4 billion CFU each, 20 billion CFU per scoop.
Why does strain identification matter?
A species name, like Lactobacillus rhamnosus, covers many different strains, and they aren't interchangeable. Naming the strain, as in L. rhamnosus GG, tells you precisely which one is in the scoop. We list every strain and its count rather than a blend total, and give the strain designation wherever the supplier provides it.
Subscriptions
How does subscription work?
Epithe. comes as a 14-day pack on a fortnightly subscription, or as a one-off 28-day box if you'd rather try it first. Subscriptions have a two-month minimum term, which is four packs; after that you can pause, skip or cancel from your account. Prices and the full terms are published at launch.
Can I pause?
Yes, once the two-month minimum term is complete, from your account. We'll publish how far ahead of a delivery you need to pause, and for how long you can, before launch.
Can I skip?
Yes, once the minimum term is complete you can skip a delivery from your account. The cut-off before dispatch will be confirmed before launch.
Can I cancel?
Yes, after the two-month minimum term, from your account, with no fee. Your statutory 14-day right to cancel is unaffected at any point. Full terms are published at launch.

Orders are dispatched from Shropshire. Dispatch days, the delivery service and expected times will be confirmed here before launch.

Who should speak to a healthcare professional before taking Epithe?
Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or living with a medical condition should check with their GP or pharmacist before starting. Epithe. is not intended for children. It's a food supplement, not a treatment, and food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily dose.
